Jason Fowler – Unity Main Stage Presented by Country Dairy – 2019

Jason Fowler

Appearing on Unity Main Stage Presented by Country Dairy – 2019 – Friday, August 9, 2019

Just read the lyrics to any of your favorite Led Zeppelin, Peter Gabriel, or U2 tunes and chances are you would be quite familiar with the life story of Jason Fowler. Only his story is still being written. Jason Fowler has lived a life that truly reflects art- troubled to some, enviable to many and yet remarkable to most anyone who hears the soft-spoken Atlanta, Georgia native recount it. Fowler admits that his diehard, all-or-nothing approach to life has sometimes been both a blessing and a curse. Living a rock-n-roll lifestyle eventually caused the artist to hit rock bottom. “At rock bottom,” Jason says, “Is where I began recovering from a place of hopelessness.” He adds, “It is also where I discovered that it was not God who left me, but I who left Him.” It has been almost a decade since he made that discovery and Fowler is definitely on the up and up.

The Jason Fowler sound is a sonic gumbo of melodic passion and his roots can be traced to a musically-inspired family.

Fowler has shown his talents for music and writing in the band, Ultraphonic, executively produced by Brian Holmes (The Producers) and Johnny Sandlin (Allman Bros. Band/Widespread Panic. Fowler also fronted the band Speed X alongside Mike Stone, of 80’s metal band, Queensryche, Josh Sattler, of Double Drive, as well as Nick Catanese and Mike Froedge, of Black Label Society, the band proved to be a formidable force in the hard rock music scene.
Jason currently performs with industry heavyweights Will Turpin, of Collective Soul, and Shane Evans, the original drummer for Collective Soul, just to name a few. Jason Fowler released his first solo debut “Letters From The Inside” in 2014 as a musical journal of his experience, strength, and hope recovering from drugs, alcohol, and homelessness.

Fowler is currently working on his follow up record with producer Billy Smiley (Whiteheart, Gaither Vocal Band, Newsboys, BeBe and CeCe Winans) with the first single to be released fall of 2015. Fowler has recruited a heavy hitter list of talented artist on his new album including Leigh Nash (Sixpence None the Richer), Will Turpin (Collective Soul), Peter Furler (Newsboys), just to name a few. Fowler is looking forward to 2016 as he shares his musical journey of “Rise, Fall, and Redemption” with the world.
